Our Parish Clergy ...

The Rev. Wendy Murray B.A. (Hons.), M.Div. joined St. John the Divine in July 2006. Previously she was Director of Family Ministry at St. James Westminster Anglican Church, London where her work was dedicated to children,youth, and their families. She is delighted to be a part of the parish family at St. John's and is thrilled to be working with such dedicated and talented people. St. John's is a parish that is committed to helping individuals live a fully authentic life in the light of Christ and the Christian community. We seek to be a quiet place of refuge from an increasingly busy world. When Wendy is not at St. John's you can find her hanging out with her husband John and her three children aged 7,10, and 14 years old. You can contact Wendy via email or by calling 519-660-8177.

Honourary Assistant is the Rev. Earl Leiska. Rev. Leiska was ordained in 1986 and was appointed to Saint George's on-the-Wye, Thorndale and Saint Luke's (Crumlin), London. After 21 years as Rector, he retired in 2000 and serves as Honourary Assistant  at St. John the Divine. He also continues to serve as on-call chaplain at University Hospital; teaches Bible studies, and serves as chair of a weekly men's group. He recently began a men's group at the church which serves breakfast once a month. Earl has been married to Gloria since 1953 and is father to six wonderful children and is Grandpa to 12 grandchildren. Earl has been at St. John the Divine for the past three years and continues to expand his ministry.
